For me, working at ZEL is quite rewarding. Working at Zurich Eurolife in Luxembourg allows me to collaborate with a great team where we can support and learn from each other. ZEL being a small business unit makes it easier to connect and get to know each other – even as a newcomer joining during the COVID-19 crisis, which has forced us to work mostly from home. Working in Customer Services has given me the chance not only to work closely with the Zurich Team but also with customers and brokers all across the globe. After working with the Customer Services Team for nearly three years, I had the opportunity to internally change position and I am now working within the Underwriting Team, which allows me to develop my skills even further.
I really appreciate working in a smaller business unit of a global insurance group, where the focus is not only on the customer, but also on the well-being of the employees. Everyone is involved and can have their say.
