TEAM® Norway is an innovative group solution for the Norway domestic market, which is structured as corporate life and disability solution, where the group policy is made available to employers for subscription. The product is fully in line with local legislation and standard design offered in Norway.
This product is placed in the Norway market with our partner – Norwegian Underwriting Agency AS (NUA), where NUA act as underwriting agent on behalf of Zurich for various products.
We provide insurance cover within the following benefits:
- Group Life benefit, as lump sum death benefit - mandatory coverage of at least NOK 10,000
- Permanent Total Disability, as lump sum disability benefit
- Temporary Total Disability, as income (sick pay salary) reduced for benefit from National Insurance Scheme
The structure is that employers are paying directly for the covers with employees (or beneficiaries in line with local requirements) are having direct claim rights towards the insurer.
